Unable to login to Xfinity app

Every time I try to log in to the Xfinity app it gives me an error “Sorry, That Didn’t Go As Planned” 

Any ideas on how to fix this?  I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app. Restarted my phone and iPad.

Wanted to add also: how do I contact Xfinity to let them know there seems to be a problem with their app?

Hi, @user_0898e6! Thank you for reaching out to our Community Forums. I can imagine how frustrating it is to run into that error message with the Xfinity app. Is this happening across multiple devices and with the same username?
