Unable to login to Xfinity App on my phone
Unable to login to Xfinity App on my phone. Reinstalled app twice, tried my username, email, phone number. Every time I get error: Xfinity ID you entered was incorrect. Please try again. I am able to login to xfinity on my computer. I called yesterday Jan 18 2026 and they gave me Case ID: IH266777716. Could I get a status of the case or ETA on resolution?

I sent message yesterday with all the info, still no answer.
In the meantime I resolved issue myself.
Hoping below helps xfinity to provide solutions to others with same issue, as I couldn't find this anywhere.
On iPhone, go to:
Settings > Apps > Safari > Clear History and Website Date > select [All History] > click on red button CLEAR HISTORY
After I did the above steps, xfnity App recognized my username / phone number / email address.
I was able to login. There is no need/requirement to reset the password.
