I'm unable to sign into my xfinity app. The app keeps sending me back to my the ID page. However, I can sign into the website.

Thank you for taking the time to reach out in our great Xfinity forums community. I appreciate your patience in our response. I'm glad to hear you have access to our website, but bummed about my Xfinity App. When I have issues like this, I take steps to delete the app, power cycle my phone and then reload the app. I found these steps to be like a carwash, comes back refreshed and renewed. Let us know update.
I tried this several times, including just now. And it didn’t work. Thanks for the suggestion.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

@XfinityBrianW I still can't accept the app. I've followed all the steps above, but I still can't access the app.
Are you receiving an error code while trying to log in to the website or app? Do you have an xfinity ID assigned to you?
