Unable to log into app...

I'm unable to sign into my xfinity app.  The app keeps sending me back to my the ID page.  However, I can sign into the website.

Thank you for taking the time to reach out in our great Xfinity forums community. I appreciate your patience in our response. I'm glad to hear you have access to our website, but bummed about my Xfinity App. When I have issues like this, I take steps to delete the app, power cycle my phone and then reload the app. I found these steps to be like a carwash, comes back refreshed and renewed. Let us know update.

I tried this several times, including just now. And it didn’t work. Thanks for the suggestion.

You are welcome. I appreciate you taking the steps. Are you receiving an error message or code on your screen when entering your information? To dig into this deeper, could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://comca.st/3EqVMu7

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

Are you receiving an error code while trying to log in to the website or app? Do you have an xfinity ID assigned to you?
