Unable to load Britbox app
I am unable to load the Britbox app. It says there is a temporary problem and the error code APPS 04154. I have power cycled everything multiple times. I have also tried to load the Britbox app via my LG TV remote and I get a different error "Wifi not connected 106" and when I go to the TVs wifi settings it says to turn Wifi on but there is nowhere in the TV menus to do that. Wifi is on and working as I have two phones and a computer using it.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
