unable to do rewards signup to join peacock premium and no one is working on the ticket opened for a month.

I have the 1 GBPS plan and so I am eligible to get the free premium with rewards. But when I try to join I keep getting error I am not eligible. Support looked at this and opened a ticket on Feb 2nd. Today is Feb 28th and still nothing is done on the ticket. It just remains "OPEN"

Greetings, @user_k5p7jr! Thanks for reaching out about Xfinity Rewards and Peacock Premium. We are happy to help get this figured out. This link shows our Xfinity Rewards Terms and Conditions, www.xfinity.com/corporate/customers/policies/rewards. The 1st section shows eligibility. There are some accounts that are not eligible for the Xfinity Rewards program. I see this most often with our Communities accounts that do not have any separate, billable services. Our Communities are where the service is provided by your landlord or HOA. Do you live in an Xfinity Community?
