unable to check internet speeds to Gateway on Xfi App, Internet Health tile missing on Xfi App
There is no way to check internet speeds to gateway on Xfi App.
The tile called "Internet Health" is missing from my Xfi App.
I typically check the internet speeds to gateway before I go to work since I work from home.
I have tried to unistall and reinstall the app, but it is still not showing the "internet health" tile on the xfi app.
How do I fix this issue?
I received a new white modem from Xfinity a day ago.
I was still able to check internet speeds to gateway, however, today (one day later), it is not giving me that option to check internet speeds to gateway on the xfi app.
