Unable to add port forward

Every time I try to add a port forward it says 

"We're Having Some Trouble

Please wait a few minutes and try again or restart your Gateway."

 

and I have been at this for hours trying over and over again and restarting my Gateway over and over again to the same results.

Any update on this.

I have been trying to do this since April. Multi attempts to reach customer service yield no result. 

They run you through the same things every time

- Reboot

- Reset

- Try setup from website

- Try setup from app

Nothing has worked.
