Unable to Access Rewards

I haven’t been able to access my Rewards Page for the last week or so and am unable to redeem my $1 weekend movie rental or the free summer movie.  When I try to access the page, I get a black loading screen that doesn’t go any further.  I tried accessing via the app, my mobile phone, and a desktop browser, as well as clearing cache, cookies, etc. and am still unable to access the page.

Hello, @ashleysp916. I'd like to take a deeper look into this for you based on the troubleshooting you've done so far. 

Could you send me a direct message with the full name and complete address for your service? 

To send a direct message [private message]:

   Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

   Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
