I've tried all the troubleshooting strategies and tried to log in on another phone and every time I try I get the message "Sorry, We're having some trouble". What else can I do here?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Is it just the Xfinity app that you are having this issue with, or are you seeing this with our other applications as well, such as the My Account app? Have you tried to uninstall the app and then reinstall it?
