Unable to access account on website or App

I am unable to access my account at my service address on the website or the App. Unable to switch to different addresses. Tried to make a payment on the phone and they declined my payment for no reason. Then blocked me from making a payment for 24 hours. Xfinity is trash. I called this morning, waited on hold for an hour and was transferred 3 different times. I'm closing my account and getting a different provider.
