Turn off Parental Controls

I've never enabled parental controls, yet when accessing streaming sites I receive the message: Whoa! This content may be inappropriate for children. I've tried going through the Xfinity website and app but find no setting for parental control. Please help!

8 months later and [Edited: "Inflammatory"], I am still in the same boat. I have paid for starz and cant watch it. I get: Your Parental Controlsettings do not allow you to view this content...... I just spent the past 5 hours on text, chat, and on the phone and nothing it resolved. [Edited: "Language"]. Im taking this to Twitter

Can you please click the Direct Message icon at the top right of the page, click on the pen and pad icon, enter Xfinity Support in the "To" section of the chat, and provide us with your first/last name and full address, so we may further assist you with Starz and Parental Control settings?  Thank you.

I ran into this same issue when trying to watch a show on NBC. It says that parental controls have blocked this show from me. I've never enabled this...how do I turn it off?
