Trying to set up internet but I can’t without the app and the app won’t let me use it

I’ve been trying to open the app but it keeps sending me back to the sign in page no matter how many times I sign in

Hi @user_65d98b! Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Could you provide a little more information? Are you using an iOS or Android device? Is the Xfinity app you're using the most current version?
