Trying to log in to Xfinity App and getting "Sorry that did not go as planned" error.
- I can log into my account on-line
- I can log into other Xfinity App on my phone
- I am using my Primary account
- I have cleared all Safari Cache
- Same error on another device

Hi,
Looks like there was an app upgrade on the XFinity side, and credentaling is not working right now. They are saying to try the app again in a bit to see if it is resolved. I'll post agin if I can get in.

Same here. I both called Xfinity and spoke with a representative and also intiated a chat with a diferent respresentative, and both of them confirmed there is a problem with their apps right now. They said they're working on it and service should be restored sometime today.
They also said this affecting other Xfintiy apps and specifically mentioned the Xfinity Stream app.

Having the same issue. Also, tried deleting and reinstalling app. Didn't solve the problem.
