To access xFi, you'll need to upgrade your service/equipment.

For Xfinity app, after I log in,  I get the following message:

Upgrade for This Experience

To access xFi, you'll need to upgrade your service/equipment.

It blocks us from accessing to the app.

Any suggestions on how to resolve?

We know how upsetting it can be when something like this happens, and how confusing it can be when you're uncertain what the app is asking for. Here you'll find an article on how to get started with our awesome xFi features. Please refer to the "Eligibility" section. Among other requirements, you'll need an Xfinity wireless gateway that's compatible with xFi (Also known as an xFi gateway). If you already have one and it's still not working, if you'd like to upgrade your current internet equipment, or if you don't know if your gateway will work with this feature, please send us a private message. We'd love to further investigate this issue together.

 

To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:

Click "Sign in" if necessary

-Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon

-Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

-Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears, and the "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line

-Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

-Press Enter to send it
