To access xFi, you'll need to upgrade your service/equipment
Hi, I have a issue when I tried to use xFi.
It shows "To access xFi, you'll need to upgrade your service/equipment".
From some old posts, I think it is because my account is linked to old account number.
Would you please take a look at that? Thanks

Are you actually using an Xfi compatible gateway device ?
