This device is paused

My laptop says is pause but when I check the xfinity app I do don’t have any pause device. I even troubleshoot and test the device using the app but in my laptop still says is paused

 Hi there! I recommend clearing cache and history, forgetting the network and restarting your device. Once restarted you can add it again, let me know if this helps.
