Super slow loading - getting a device is paused message despite the app saying it’s unpaised
My internet has been extremely slow the past week. I had a technician come out today and give me a new router and my connection is strong. But when I try to load webpages I keep getting the message that my device is paused (this happened on my computer and my switch) but the app does not indicate any devices are paused. My internet will intermittently stop loading and I’m unable to get any work done.

Hey there, that is definitely odd. On the app can you find your device? From there try and forget the device, or on the device itself find your network and hit "forget this network" then try it again after that.
