Stuck in 'Sorry, there's been a problem' error loop on xfinity.com/activate-peacock when activating complimentary Peacock subscription

Standard web/app workflows failed. My subscription level is Gigabit, which comes with a complimentary Peacock subscription (which I would very much like to activate).

Requesting ECM/Tier 2 ticket to manually sync my Peacock entitlement profile.

Thanks in advance.

Hello @eac4689, and thank you for submitting a post on our Community Forum and providing those details. We understand how frustrating it must be to be unable to activate a Peacock subscription that's included with your Xfinity Internet service.

We appreciate you letting us know that you've already attempted the standard activation steps and continue to receive the "Sorry, there's been a problem" error message. We'd be happy to take a closer look at your Peacock entitlement and activation status.

Please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to "Xfinity Support". To do so, click on the direct messaging icon located at the top right of this forums page.
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

How to Send Us a Direct Message:

To send us a direct message:
1. Click "Sign In" (If necessary)
2. Click the "Direct Messaging" Icon.
3. Click the "Start New Conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.

5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
