Streaming blocked

I have subscription to both HBO Max and Criterion Channel, however, I can watch movies on either one, no Play or Watch button.  Since both are not working I suspect Xfinity's security may be the problem.

When I log in to my Xfinity app I go to Overview and then tap on Advanced Security.  I takes a long time but finally I get a blank white screen with Advanced Security at the top.  There is a gear icon also, when I click on that I get another blank white screen with Security Settings at the top and nothing else.  I can go no further.

Any ideas as to why this is happening?
