Stopping Peacock Premium Plus

I have been billed $17/month for several months for Peacock Premium Plus and have been unable to stop it.  My Apps/Subscriptions page shows No/Zero apps or subscriptions.  Billing department could not help including their next higher level of support.  Peacock support sent me back to Xfinity and Xfinity agents tell me to contact Peacock.  The Xfinity webpage to manage subscriptions shows PP Plus but I cannot complete the process to unsubscribe.  The page won't load!!!
