Sport Zone app doesn't have ncaawb

When loading sports zone, I see men college basketball ncaamb but not ncaawb. Please add women basketball back to the zone.

Hello @Nicole2320. Thank you for posting on the Xfinity Forum. The Sports Zone app is one of my favorite ways to keep up with live games, especially women's basketball, so I understand how frustrating it can be when the games you expect to see aren’t showing. You’ve reached the right place, and I’d be happy to help.

The NCAAMB and NCAAWB seasons began on November 1, and are supported leagues on the Sports Zone app, so you can expect to see them both soon.

Another quick way to find NCAA women's basketball is by saying "NCAA women's basketball" into your Xfinity TV Voice Remote.

You'll also have the option to add your favorite team to your favorites list for easier access. You can learn how to do that here.

@XfinityAsia Thanks for your response. Why is it that men's basketball is showing on the app and now women? I hope this isn't a case of resource investment in men's basketball for customers and not women's.

Put back women sports on the C button remote. If not take out all the men’s. It took YEARS to get the women’s ncaa b-ball and wnba on there. we shouldn’t have to go to this other site and have to click on each game to see what the score is too time-consuming please put it back or do we need a new remote

user_rg1140 Thank you so much for the feedback on what content you would like to see in the Sports zone. The content there can change from time to time and depends on demand at the time. A Dynamic toggle option may be good feedback to allow customers like yourself to see the less in-demand games still, no matter who's playing in the Sports Zone! I do not know what is a dynamic toggle option

i do know there is more demand for womens b-ball. MLB isn’t even playing now. Please put ncaawb back on the remote C button
