Sorry we’re having trouble On xfi purple app.

I used to be able to log into the app but after we had to reactivate our modem (long story) I can’t log into it.  I can log into the old My account app which is going away soon, and I can sign in on the web.  I’ve deleted and reinstalled multiple times, changed my password multiple times.  I finally got someone who told me they are having multiple reports of this error and she will call when fixed……still waiting.  I suggested uninstalling the modem and reinstalling it but she doesn’t want to do that. Would love to know is this have been fixed?

@Cwlady17315 Hello, thanks for the post. Sorry about the trouble with the app. To confirm, are you using the Xfintiy app or the xFi app? The Xfinity app is the one that should be showing.
