“something went wrong”

After switching from a 800 mbps to 1 Gig modem, my app will not let me log in, and gives me an error screen. This is keeping me from activating my wifi, leaving me without internet.

What's the error message/code you're seeing?

Have you had a chance to try logging int the website to see if you're able to get in? This would let us know if it's an app issue or a login issue. Could you give this link try? https://www.xfinity.com/overview
