Something went wrong

 "something went wrong .." with xfinity app on android phone.

- Cleared cache, cleared data, reboot phone: same issue

- Uninstalled & reinstalled: same issue called customer service yesterday and today. Waiting for a call back from tech support.i was told I would be called back in an hour 3 hours ago

user_t83p8o I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with the Xfinity app and receiving the support needed. If you still need assistance, our team and community are here to help as well. I know there has been some issues with some devices that have older OS versions, where compatibility issues come up. I'd make sure that your device is fully updated and double-check on another device as well if possible.

It's an A36 samsung,  its updated and relatively new. The xfinity app worked great, then hours later it didnt. I just purchased this service. Please look at notes or have a tier 2 support fast track it. There should be 2 tickets from your representatives
