some devices keep pausing

some of my devices keep passing n g every night as if I have them on a schedule to do so. But in the xfi app there are no schedules set.

App does not function properly at all. When I pause the device it never pause and it takes 10 min to pause or sometime never pause. Extremely poor functionality . Nobody cares in Xfinity. We do not have a choice so have to use
