Services like security, billing and other features have disappeared from my Xfinity app

A lot of features like the security, billing and mobile tabs have disappeared off my Xfinity app. I have restarted my phone, reinstalled and logged in and out of the app and still having the same issue. I have talked to Xfinity support numerous of times and they still don’t comprehend the issue I’m dealing with and they have not come up with a solution. If anyone knows how to fix this issue let me know or if I should cancel my Xfinity account and just go to another company.
