Screen Mirroring

None of my smart TVs show up as an option when trying to screen mirror from my iPhone. All devices are connected to the same WiFi network.

(I am able to screen mirror from my phone at my office and other people’s homes)

Possibly a wifi settings issue?

Good evening @user_7zhpq7, and thank you for reaching out on our Community Forums, we appreciate it. We'd be happy to help with your screen mirroring concerns. To confirm, what model gateway and TV box are you using? Have you attempted any troubleshooting steps yet such as restarting your equipment?

I can't even get a post to show on here that last night I could not watch Xfinity Stream, after watching it for months. A sign came up saying I can't use screen mirroring. I don't even know what that is, and I don't even have a TV. That is why I have Xfinity Stream on my smartphone!!!

I have talked to the AI Assistant (who doesn't know what screen mirroring is either), and got a live operator, but we got cut off. Using Xfinity is like herding cats!!!

Hello CrazyCatLady1961 , I am sorry that you are having some difficulties with the Xfinity Stream app. Screen mirroring is something where you can stream our app on your phone or tablet but send the signal to a TV or projector to watch the stream on a bigger screen. Are you getting a specific error code at all when the message popped up for you or does it just say can't use screen mirroring?
