Remove precious trusted devices signed into main ID

I am the Primary Account Holder. An unauthorized user on my phone plan previously logged into my master Xfinity ID and saved their device as a 'Trusted Device.' I have changed my password multiple times and turned on 2-Step Verification, but their app continues to bypass the login gate and actively streams my security cameras using their lingering session tokens. I need an advanced digital care agent to run a complete backend deprovisioning utility on my account and forcefully revoke all active OAuth / device stream tokens across the entire database registry immediately.

@user_p7cjb5 You're with the right team for help.

I have a link with the steps to remove trusted devices from your network. https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/manage-wifi-devices-my-account

To remove or rename a device connected to Xfinity WiFi hotspots:

Go to Hotspot Devices and sign in to your account on the website.

Scroll down to the device you want to manage.

To remove it, click Remove.

A message will appear to confirm your change.

Note: If you have reached your limit of 10 connected devices, you must remove a device before you can add another.

Also did you reset the password for both Xfinity Stream APP and your Xfinity App?
