Recently moved and gateway won’t show up on app but WiFi works
Wi-Fi works but doesn’t show up in the app and says I didn’t pay the bill. Can’t access the gateway thru the app at all.

Hey there @user_pehlfa Is this issue still going on? Wi-Fi is good but just not registering in the app? Have you uninstalled/reinstalled? Are you able to use other Apps like Stream/Hotspots with no issues?
