Recent connectivity issues connecting to xfinitywifi SSID.

Just started after phone upgrade (I think)  I can connect to the SSID 'XFINITY' when available (secure profile seems installed), but I when I associate/connect to xfinitywifi, I get 'no internet'.    Happens at any location in PA or NJ, my wife and I are having the same issue.

Please advise.  thanks!

Help Xfinity! See image below.  Doesn’t matter what state, hotspot; no internet connection on SSID: xfinitywifi

I am sorry to hear about the hotspot issues you are experiencing! When was the last time you were able to connect?

@XfinityOtto​ tough to say, cause it always worked.  Probably like early January?   It always worked, near home and when away in Xfinity territory.    Could this be a certificate issue?  I don’t seem to be able to see the secure profile for xfintiywifi, optimumwifi or cablewifi like I used to see.  I only see XFINITY, which doesn’t seem to be as available as xfinitywifi

Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it

OK, I think I got to the bottom of this, once I was able to associate to xfinifywifi, I couldnt get anywhere (i.e. google, etc), but I could get to xfinity.com, which asked me to sign in, signed in with my xfinity credentials and was good from there.  Worked for my wife too.....  thanks all!
