my pods are offline, tried everything according troubleshooting guidance with any luck, can you please help me out?

camaverdi -- I pulled up your account & am not seeing any Pods. It looks like an agent recently directed you to replace the Pods. I'm happy to help troubleshoot -- can you please let me know if you tried replacing the Pods?
