Re: Ring doorbell won’t connect
I have a RING Pro doorbell that has worked for 2 1/2 years and recently disconnected. It shows as reconnecting on XF1, but will not set up in the Ring app and in the process keeps saying there is a problem with the internet. All my multiple other devices work fine and the WiFi signal has good speeds at the doorbell. I ordered a new unit from Ring after an hour of troubleshooting and the new unit does the same thing...shows on XF1 as connected, but in the ring setup process willnot comlete...returning the new unit, but still want to get my unit online...any thoughts?
