Re: IPv4 websites aren’t accessible

@ComcastChe @ComcastJohnN

Hi,

I am also having this same issue (can only view ipv6 websites, and not ipv4).  I've spoken to several Tier 1 and Teir 2 reps who were not able to resolve the issue.  I already picked up a new modem at the recommendation by a tier 2 rep, and that did not work either.

Could I have some assistance with this?

Thank you,

Del

P.S. Side note: I did a search for "ipv4" and I did see other links that may be helpful in the forums, but when I attempt to click on them to view the posts, I'm just brought back to the forums homepage.  Not sure why I can access some of the forum posts, and not others

Good Evening,

I am sorry to hear that you are having issues accessing the IPv4. Sometimes malware can cause this issue to appear, so be sure to perform a thorough scan. If you can’t access IPv4 properties, be sure to scan your PC. I hope this is helpful information. If you continue to have issues, please feel free to reach out. Stay safe and well!
