I was told the same thing - that they would be sent for free. Been waiting a month and a half.

Hi @cmg1234 I understand and i am not going to be able to credit you back for the pods that you already bought. You could call in and speak to someone in the billing dept and then ask to speak to a supervisor etc. The fact you already bought pods is why i am going to have a hard time with this if you didn't buy the pods we could of got the pods sent to you because you needed them for xFi.
I didn't purchase them to my knowlkedge? Do you see that I was charged for them? I was given a link to get them for free and had an assessment done that said I needed them. I filled out the link to get them two months ago and still haven't gotten anything. Bottom line, Comcast/Xfinity needs to stop telling people these are free if they are not!
Hi, @cmg1234 Please call in to us at 800-266-2278 so we can go over your bill with you. I can't mention what i see on your bill in an open forum. The reason we offer the xFi pods for free is due to the Wi-Fi being weak and not reaching where the signal needs to reach. We will send the xFi pods once the assessment is complete for our customers including you. I am not able to mention anything about your account in the open forum.
