Port Forwarding

I am setting up my work modem, and I need to port forward to my router. In the Xfinity app my device is not listed even though it is hard-wired to the Xfinity modem. Ipv6 is not configured nor enable on my device

Hello and welcome to Comcast @Chawpmaster. I am sorry to hear that you are having troubles with setting up the port forwarding. You are in the right place and we are happy to assist you today. 

 

Please also note that sending unsolicited peer to peer direct messages to myself or any other user is a direct violation of our forum guidelines.
