Port Forwarding

I have tried going into advance settings and all I get is unexpected error, I have also tried the Xfinity Assistant and it does not give me the right options either. Resetting the Device also doesn't help.

How do I fix this bug?

user_p77sm9, Thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Support. Here are the instructions on port forwarding. Let me know where you are running into trouble.
To set up port forwarding using the Xfinity app, follow these steps:
  1. Sign in to the Xfinity app with your Xfinity ID and password.
  2. Select WiFi, then View WiFi equipment.
  3. Choose Advanced Settings and then Port forwarding.
  4. Click on Add Port Forward and continue.
  5. Select the household device for the port forward from the connected devices list.
  6. Choose a preset configuration or Manual Setup for specific port numbers.
  7. Proceed by selecting Next to complete the setup. Remember to reference device manuals for port settings.

I am having a simular issue when I go in the port forwarding page it says " sorry we are having some trouble gathering the list of port forwards. If the problems persists, check back later". I have been trying for days going back and checking on it and everytime it is the same thing. I had also tried factory resetting the modem and I am still having the same issue and now the ports that were open from before are now closed and I am not able to re open them. all of the work arrounds that I have found dont work.
