Hello @user_e48832. Appreciate you taking the time to reach out to get us in the loop on this! I am a pretty active gamer and work to do custom configs on my port preferences as well. If you are having issues with the setup, the next step you would want to approach is doing a full factory reset of the device via the recessed reset switch on the device. That would wipe the device back to factory settings and then you can approach the config again with the fresh profile on the unit.
