Port forwarding not working
I had set port forwarding rule on my router through the app but it doesn't seem to work. I went to try and setup port triggering, but it said port forwarding exist for the port. Is there any fix for it? or I might have to call again!
https://ibb.co/BB95GjS Port forward for 18080.
https://ibb.co/xCkRHsZ All traffic is blocked.
https://ibb.co/8sBf1KS Firewall is not blocking the traffic on the port in Ubuntu.
https://ibb.co/0mCXPS0 Port 18080 is still blocked.
All in all, the port forward is not working through the app. Any way to fix it?

Greetings, @user_o4v7mz! I hope your week has been treating you well. Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum. I'm sorry to hear you're having port forwarding issues, but you have definitely come to the right place for assistance.
Thank you for providing those screenshots. It really does look like you're doing everything correctly. Can you tell me a little more about what troubleshooting steps you've already tried with this? I know the more basic steps involve things like signing out of the app and signing back in, deleting the port forward and adding it back in, restarting the router, etc. I'm guessing you may have already done those things, but I wanted to check.
You can find more details about port forwarding here - https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/port-forwarding-xfinity-wireless-gateway and port triggering here - https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/wireless-gateway-port-triggering

Having the same issue, I've been through 4 techs of increasing "level of knowledge" and so far none of them had even heard of port forwarding. So far I don't have much faith in these "top men". But theyre going to send someone out because they keep thinking im saying my Internet doesn't work.
