port forwarding not available

I'm encountering the "Something unexpected happened" error when trying to access the Port Forwarding option in the Xfinity App. What should I do? I require this service. The app is up-to-date. The Admin Tool accessed by "http://10.0.0.1" is outdated; I've moved away from it. I want to set up port forwarding, a feature I used 4 months ago.

These are the TCP and UDP ports I need to open for my PC video game:
TCP: 3074, 4000, 6112-6119, 20500, 20510, 27014-27050, 28960
UDP: 3074, 3478, 4379-4380, 6112-6119, 20500, 20510, 27000-27031, 27036, 28960

Here is the reference for the ports I want to open: [Activision Support]  PC https://support.activision.com/articles/ports-used-for-call-of-duty-games

The new Call of Duty game is releasing soon, and I want my ports opened in preparation.

Despite scheduling technicians, I'm unable to complete this task.

Thank you for reaching out to us @user_mra305! I really appreciate you for confirming these details and providing those screenshots. It would appear you are using an xFi Wireless Gateway. At this time, the xFi Wireless gateways can only have Port Forwarding set up through the Xfinity App.

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue!
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
