Port Forwarding Issuses

I am doing some port forwarding on my network for a server. And I successfully made the port forward but my computer restarted and it no longer works. An Xfinity app it does not show my server device anymore nor does it show the port forward but if I use the same port on a different device, it says it is still in use.

Good evening @user_r6rbx2, and thank you for reaching out on our Community Forums with your port forwarding concerns, we can definitely help troubleshoot this and if that doesn't work, get a ticket submitted. Have you tried removing and re adding the port? Can you also confirm if the device is using an IPv4 address?
