Port forwarding issues

Hello,

I’m having an issue with the port forwarding settings page in the Xfinity app. It keeps saying “Something went wrong.” Could this be related to having an outdated modem, or is it possibly an issue with the configuration during its setup?

@user_r66zu6 Thanks for adding a post. Good question, it is possible that it needs to be reinstalled to set up again. When do you get that message, and what has been tried to troubleshoot so far?
