Port forwarding broken?

Good Morning / Afternoon / evening.

Today I am here to complain. I have tried to get ports to work on my pc and router for 4 hours now.
I am trying to get a webserver to work on my network.
I have XAMPP to help me host it.
https://prnt.sc/0ZoXSk-xmuC3

anyway. After Starting XAMPP (allowed in firewall), i need to port forward. So I do so.

Well It doesnt work

and gives me a "Timed Out" Error.
https://prnt.sc/lcCLel2rmRD9

So What Am I supposed to do?

Greetings, @darkwolfie! I hope your week has been treating you well. Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum. I'm sorry to hear you're having issues setting up your webserver, but you have definitely come to the right place for assistance.

Thank you for posting the screenshots. Everything seems to be in order, so I'm not sure why you're getting the "timed out" error. Have you had similar issues with other ports in the past, or is this the first one you've tried to set up?

@XfinityJamesC In the Past before getting my netgear router, it worked just fine. after i switched back from my own router, it has not worked as it should.

Hi @darkwolfie. Just to confirm, are you using your own router or a rented Xfinity router?

@darkwolfie. Thanks for letting me know. Is the modem currently in bridge mode, or are you using a personal router?
