Port Forwarding App Something unexpected happened

I'm using xfinity app to make a port forwarding. I'm following instructions: Wifi -> View WiFi equipment -> Adnaced settings -> Port forwarding. And ALWAYS display the same message "Something unexpected happened"

I'm enroll modem in xFi gateway online too and the problem persist.

Hi there, @user_43dbfb. Thanks for reaching out about the Port Forward not working when you try. We are happy to help and will get this figured out! I wanted to check on a couple of things.

1. Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the Xfinity app to see if it will work?

2. Have you tried to set up the Port Forward on more than one device such as your phone and computer?

3. Is your device connected to your home WiFi Network when you are setting up the Port Forward?
