Port forward

I am unable to clear/add/change my port forwards in the app or website

It's been broken for months.  It's a problem on Comcast's backend and it's affecting a bunch of people who are posting about it.  Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to fix it.  The easy solution would be to allow users to access the port forwarding section on the gateway's local admin page but they'd rather we use the app instead of allowing us access to our gateway we are paying a rental fee for.

You are not listening. referring us to the xfinity app is not helpful, because it no longer works for port forwarding. It was ok a few eeks ago, now not.
