Port Forward App Function Broken

Unable to delete or edit open port with No Associated Device. I can follow every step up until the final deletion page, where upon arriving there and selecting the delete button, nothing happens

Hello, @idg. Thanks for posting on our community forums. I'm sorry to hear the port forward feature is not working properly through the Xfinity App. This is not the experience we would like you to have. Have you tried any troubleshooting? Uninstalling and reinstalling the app? Checking the IOS on the device and updating it if needed? Or rebooting your device?
