Pods

I have had a nightmare trying to get the pods which are included in my service. No one can follow up and there are no confirmations of the order IF you can speak to a human, they have no idea what you are talking about. Worst customer service ever

Hi @Savalfa2,

 

The xFi Advantage package comes with a WiFi Assesment that evaluates the overall performance of your home network. If the your home network is exhibiting signs of deadspots or poor coverage, products would be offered to help you improve your coverage. I took a look at your account and your WiFi Assessment came back as WiFi Looks Great. However, if you believe the Wifi Assessment did not correctly assess your WiFi health, we can help with that.  Keep in mind that if you don't have coverage issues, adding pods to your home network can make your overall home network worse. If you do have deadspot/coverage issue please use the link I've sent to your private message inbox to redeem pods.
