Pods

I just went to changes pods, because I spend about an hour with IT and the couldn’t finger out how to connect my pods, now I have spend another hour with the new ones and still can’t connect it’s said they run into a problem and tells me that try again, at this point am done they didn’t last 6 months, I can’t connect them.
