Peacock Premium

I am a diamond member and as a Reward Peacock Premium is free. The one tv (I have 4) that I activated with the reward a long time does have Premium. The other tvs have the Peacock App but if I select a premium program, it says I have to subscribe to Premium and have to pay for it $7.99). When I logon to Rewards it shows the Peacock Premium reward but when I click on it, I can’t select the reward, the only option is to exit. I suspect since I already have the reward I can’t select it again. One difference is that email id associated with the tv that has premium is different than the other 3 tvs. Do all tvs have to have the same email id to get premium? How do I change the email id so that they are all the same and ensure I want cause bigger problems by changing the email id?

I resolved part of this issue, now I have all 4 TVs with the same Peacock User ID. All TVs have the Peacock App but I still can't access premium shows (e.g. Wicked) without subscribing to Peacock Premium at a cost of ($7.99). The issue is Peacock says I already am "active" with Premium, but that is only partially true. I have access to premium but only for limited programming not full premium, when I check the manage App option it says I have a free version that expires on June 25. How do I update to full premium without having to pay for it since I am a diamond member, and it should be free?
