Peacock Premium with Gigabit Internet not showing after activation

We switched to Gigabit Internet over the weekend and activated the Peacock Premium that comes with it.   When we sign into Peacock it is showing as the free version and has lots of 'upgrade to watch' links everywhere, so it doesn't seem to be seeing that we have the Peacock Premium subscription now.  I've signed in on TV, Phone, Tablet - all exhibit the same behavior - doesn't recognize that we have Peacock Premium.   Thank you
