Peacock activation help

Hi, i am trying to activate the Peacock subscription that came with my gig speed internet plan, every time i try to activate it gives me am error saying “

Something unexpected happened- try again later”

it’s been over 3 weeks and still same error, i also reached out to customer support and they told me to wait 48 hours and try again. I am still getting same error.
